Attorney Daniel Nevins has a proven record of success as a trial attorney in the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. Attorney Nevins has won not guilty verdicts in cases including Homicide, Attempted Homicide, Rape, Sexual Assualt, Aggravated Assault, Robbery, Burglary, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Narcotics, Firearm Violations, and Driving Under the Influence (DUI) among others. Nevins has also protected clients' Constitutional rights in successfully arguing for the Suppression of Evidence based on illegal searches and seizures in a variety of cases. Nevins is Capital Qualified under PA Rule of Criminal Procedure 801 to represent clients in Death Penalty cases.
