Charges Expunged in Berks County Criminal Case

Tuesday, May 21st, 2013

Attorney Julie Marburger secured an expungement of criminal charges for a Berks County client last week after petitioning the Court of Common Pleas. The client was originally charged with Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor but Attorney Dan Nevins was able to get the case dismissed at the District Court level.

Even though the case had been dismissed there was still a record of the client having been charged with the offense. Clearly, an exonerated individual has an important interest in having that record erased.

The attorneys at Ebner, Nevins & McAllister are proud to provide full and complete legal services to clients who find themselves accused of crimes in Berks County. Since joining the firm in October of 2012 Attorney Julie Marburger has successfully secured numerous expungements for clients previously charged with a variety of offenses.
