Attorney Dan Nevins Appears on DUI Panel Broadcast

Attorney Nevins served as a panelist on a recent “Ask A Lawyer” broadcast on BCTV. The program addressed DUI law and the consequences of a conviction. Attorney Nevins has extensive experience representing individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence in Berks County and across southeastern PennsylvaniaDisney Princess Bounce House. Attorney Nevins has won numerous motions for suppression of evidence resulting in the dismissal of DUI charges as well as Jury and non-jury verdicts in DUI cases. PFA Expunged

Attorney Julie Marburger recently had a client that needed a PFA expunged. The PFA was withdrawn by the Plaintiff and then dismissed by the Court. The client wanted the PFA off their record. Attorney Marburger filed a Petition and the Court expunged the client’s record.
