Elizabeth Ebner, Esq.Elizabeth Ebner is very well known in the Berks County court system. She has a reputation for working hard for her clients while keeping them engaged and informed at every step in the process. Whether the issue is a summary offense, family issue, or serious criminal charges, Liz's clients know they can count on her to explain the proceedings and clarify their options in a straight forward manner. Liz has eight years of court room experience in criminal defense as well as DUI and PFA violations. She is certified to provide defense counsel in Death Penalty cases, and has extensive experience taking felony cases to trial including murder, drug and weapons violations, and sexual assault. Years of diverse experience have enhanced Liz's professional expertise. After high school, she enlisted in the US Army, becoming a 63 Whiskey, a wheel and track vehicle repair specialist, and discovered her mechanical ability. While in the Army Reserves, Liz received her Associate's Degree as a General Motors Technician. Over the next ten years, she worked as an automotive technician and service manager. Liz attended Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA, during the final four years of her automotive career to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an attorney. She went on to attend Temple University School of Law where she had the opportunity to train with the Philadelphia Defenders Association and the Philadelphia City Solicitor's Office. She also worked part time with attorney Ramy Djerassi, now a Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge. Upon graduation from Temple Law, Liz was recruited to join the Berks County Public Defender's Office where she had interned during law school. Her time with the Public Defender's Office allowed her to become very experienced with all areas of criminal law and court room procedures. Now, as a founding partner in the ENM Law Firm, Liz represents clients from all backgrounds who count on her to protect their rights and guide them through the judicial process. |
