Attorney Julie Marburger secured an expungement of criminal charges for a Berks County client last week after petitioning the Court of Common Pleas. The client was originally charged with Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor but Attorney Dan Nevins was able to get the case dismissed at the District Court level.
Even though the case had been dismissed there was still a record of the client having been charged with the offense. Clearly, an exonerated individual has an important interest in having that record erased.
